Web mjesta danas su važno sredstvo širenja informacija. Same web stranice kao gradivni element web mjesta moraju sadržavati brzo uočljive informacije i podatke, te biti jednostavne za korištenje, a njihova struktura tj. veze logične i intuitivne, odnosno web mjesto treba biti upotrebljivo.
