Abstract
U ovome radu opisane su teorijske osnove ERP sustava što obuhvaća njihov pojam, ulogu, elemente, vodeća rješenja te prednosti i nedostatke. Detaljno su obrađeni načini odabira i proces uvođenja ERP sustava u poduzeće. Proveden je case study stvarne implementacije Dynamics NAV rješenja u Marasku. Implementaciju je provela konzultantska kuća Adacta.
