Abstract
Vrši se definiranje IT profesije. Nakon toga se izvodi procjena postojeće razine zrelosti IT profesije, temeljem analize zrelosti čimbenika profesije. Dobiven objektivan rezultat usporedi se sa studentskom anketom. Prikazuju se implikacije trenutne razine zrelosti IT profesije na cjelokupan IT svijet. Nakon toga se planira razvoj vlastite IT karijere.
