Abstract
Rad je obrađivao teme važne za planiranje karijere kao što su zapošljavanje, trenutni procesi na tržištu rada, promjene s ulaskom u europsku uniju, motivacija zaposlenika, profesionalna orijentacija i selekcija i sl. Osim toga posebna pozornost bila je posvećena položaju osoba s invaliditetom na tržištu rada i njihovim mogućnostima za razvoj. Provedeno je istraživanje na temu neformalnih oblika obrazovanja čiji rezultati su pokazali da su učenici Srednje škole Ivanec prilično dobro upoznati s neformalnim oblicima obrazovanja, ali ne primjenjuju to u praksi. Primjena znanja učenika zadatak je upravo škola koje ih trebaju na pravi način angažirati u tim aktivnostima.
