Abstract
Planiranje i priprema proizvodnje je jedan od najvažnijih procesa unutar proizvodnih organizacija. Ovaj proces je izuzetno zahtjevan i danas je moguć samo uz potporu informacijske tehnologije (IT). IT daje potporu svim tim procesima pa je prvi korak u izgradnji takvog sustava modeliranje procesa. Osim modela procesa,izrađen je i odgovarajući model podataka, koji je osnova za izradu baze podataka u kojoj će se čuvati podaci generirani tijekom planiranja i pripreme proizvodnje.
