Abstract
U ovoj temi bi se bavio ITIL-om, te bi se više koncentrirao na područje upravljanje problemima. Naglasio bi važnost problem managementa, njegove aktivnosti, kategorizaciju problema, njegovu interakciju sa ostalim procesima u Service Support-u. Bavio bi se i informacijskim sustavima u potpori problem managementu, te mjerenjem učinkovitosti.
