Abstract
Tema ovog diplomskog rada jest uloga metode ANP (analitički mrežni proces) u strateškom odlučivanju te je ona obrađena s metodološke strane, ali i kroz primjer prikazan u alatu Super Decisions. Teorijski dio rada bavi se poslovnim i strateškim odlučivanjem te metodama za višekriterijsko odlučivanje među kojima su najistaknutije AHP i ANP metoda. Zadnji dio rada prikazuje primjer donošenja strateške odluke u stvarnom poduzeću myToolStore GmbH te je on obrađen u alatu Super Decisions.
