Abstract
- Prevedeni crteži s engleskog na hrvatski, - dodana je opća definicija kontinuiteta te definicija kontinuiteta iz aspekta upravljanja kontinuitetom informatičkih usluga i servisa, - ispravljene pravopisne greške - Osvrt na problematiku upravljanja kontinuitetom informatičkih usluga s naglaskom na praktičnu primjenu poglavlja "Upravljanje kontinuitetom informatičkih usluga" iz standarda ITIL 2011 V3 na poduzeću Derma d.d. Varaždin, objašnjenja implementiranih metodologija osiguravanja kontinuiteta rada IT sustava
