Abstract
Tema rada je strateško upravljanje organizacijom odnosno portfeljne matrice. U radu opisane su BCG, GE i ADL matrice. Za svaku od matrica navedeno je oblikovanje matrice te faze kroz koje prolazi matrica, interpretacija, strategijske implikacije i strategijski izbori na matrici te prednosti i nedostaci svake matrice. Na kraju rada je primjer na kojem su obrađene sve tri spomenute matrice.
