Abstract
Cilj rada bilo je utvrditi koje stavove i kompetencije su volonteri prilikom sudjelovanja u raznim volonterskim akcijama uspjeli steći. Prilikom pisanja, provedeno je i istraživanje na istu temu te su uz pomoć deskriptivne statistike te Kruskal – Wallis testa koji je proveden u programu za statističku obradu podataka SPSS detaljnije objašnjeni i definirani rezultati istraživanja.
