Abstract
Ovaj rad se bavi praktičnom primjenom kontrole kvalitete u ERP sustavu za proizvodnu industriju. Iznesena je teoretska podloga problematici rada te su definirani pojmovi kao što je kvaliteta, kontrola kvalitete, cjelovito upravljanje kvalitetom. Nakon toga je polazište usmjereno na tehnologiju te su navedene mogućnosti alata Microsoft Dynamics AX i iste potkrijepljene slikama. Na kraju je proveden primjer kontrole kvalitete kroz alat pomoću scenarija u mliječnoj industriji. U dodatku je napravljen pregled novosti u ERP industriji i mogućnosti ERP-a „u oblaku“ – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Dodatak 2 sadrži studiju slučaja kojom je opisano proširenje osnovne funkcionalnosti kontrole kvalitete u alatu Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
