Abstract
U radu se daje prikaz uloge i značaja obiteljskog poduzetništva u gospodarstvu, vrste obiteljskog poduzetništva, prednosti, nedostaci i izazovi. Objasnit će se odlučivanje, konflikti do kojih dolazi u obiteljskom poduzetništvu te važnost nasljeđivanja. Također će se detaljnije objasniti institucije koje pružaju potporu obiteljskom poduzetništvu. Navedeno će biti prikazano i na konkretnom primjeru poslovanja jednog obiteljskog poduzeća.
