Abstract
U radu će se ispitati mogućnosti primjene Bayesovih mreža za praćenje kretanja nacionalnog intelektualnog kapitala. U prvom djelu rada opisuje se Bayesov pristup, a u drugom djelu se primjenjuje na podacima IMD baze. Kao rezultat analize daju se smjernice na koje se elemente intelektualnog kapitala treba obratiti posebnu pažnju jer su skloni promjenama.
