Abstract
Istraživanje tržišta je bitno za razvoj poduzeća, proizvoda i sl. Prilikom istraživanje tržišta prolazi se kroz proces gdje se prvo postavljaju ciljevi, zatim određivanje izvora podataka i vrsta istraživanja, pa metode prikupljanja podataka, odabir uzorka te analiza rezultata i njihovo korištenje. Sve češće se koristi istraživanje putem interneta jer je ono suvremenije u odnosu na tradicionalne načine istraživanja tržišta. Istraživanje tržišta je prikazano na primjerima hrvatskih agencija za istraživanje tržišta.
