Abstract
U završnom radu proučavala sam značaj klijenata u poduzeću, te kako možemo utjecati na zadovoljstvo samih klijenata. Provela sam anketu na temelju čega sam prikazala podatke o zadovoljstvu putem metode stabla odlučivanja.
