Abstract
Male i srednje organizacije u svojem se poslovanju i egzistenciji susreću sa određenim specifičnostima. Te specifičnosti utječu i na razvoj ili dizajniranje sustava za upravljanje znanjem. Velike organizacije obično imaju više sredstva i mogućnosti za posvećivanje toj poslovnoj funkciji, no ona može biti implementirana na kvalitetan način i u malim i srednjim organizacijama. Cilj je rada proučiti navedene sustave te proces upravljanja znanjem u malim i srednjim organizacijama.
