Abstract
Ovim radom biti će obuhvaćena uloga i značaj istraživanja zadovoljstva kupaca u današnjem poslovnom okruženju. Nadalje, u radu će biti prikazane metode i tehnike istraživanja tržišta, kao i postupci obrade i analize prikupljenih podataka te primjena metoda i tehnika istraživanja zadovoljstva kupaca na samom tržištu.
