Abstract
Kako bismo mogli razumjeti ERP kao rješenje potrebno je razumjeti poslovne procese koji se dešavaju u poduzeću. Kako na tržištu postoji više ERP rješenja potrebno je razumijeti koji se točno poslovni procesi odvijaju u našem poduzeću kako bi mogli primijeniti odgovarajuće ERP rješenje za naše poduzeće. Sam rad je koncipiran na način da se objasni što su to poslovni procesi, način upravljanja zalihama, njihovo skladištenje odnosno manipuliranje zalihama unutar poduzeća na bazi teorije. Drugi dio rada je praktični rad unutar Microsoft Dynamics NAV-a. U kojem se prikazuje manipulacija zalihama. Od samog kreiranja artikala do skladištenja istih pa sve do prodaje.
