Abstract
Cilj ovog rada bit će izrada baze podataka u koju će se spremati podaci o korisničkom ponašanju kod online kupovine. To uključuje podatke o pretragama kupaca i navigaciji, podatke o samim artiklima koje kupci naručuju, te podatke o točci u kojoj odlučuju odustati od kupovine (u slučaju da odustanu). Nakon toga ukratko će se istražiti i po mogućnosti primijeniti algoritmi za klasifikaciju kupaca, te će se pokušati predvidjeti korisničko ponašanje (ovisno o dotad viđenom i pohranjenom ponašanju).
