Abstract
U uvjetima globalizacije u 21. stoljeću, poduzeća su zahvaćena značajnim političkim, demografskim, tehnološkim i drugim promjenama. Suvremena poduzeća funkcioniraju na jedan novi, drugačiji i moderan način. Strateški cilj poduzeća je opstanak, a kako bi poduzeće ostalo na tržištu potrebna su mu nova ulaganja te pozitivna bilanca kako bi poduzeće bilo u mogućnosti vršiti isplate dioničarima.
