Abstract
Ovaj rad je usmjeren na optimalnu alokaciju resursa pomoću AHP metode za višekriterijsko odlučivanje. U prvom dijelu rada opisani su resursi, njihove vrste te njihova važnost i uloga. U daljnjem radu je opisano višekriterijsko odlučivanje, njegova primjena te je dan pregled popularnih metoda za višekriterijsko odlučivanje. U nastavku je detaljno opisana AHP metoda. Napravljena je temeljita definicija AHP metoda, opisani su koraci provedbe metode, prikazan je matematički temelj metode te su... More navedene prednosti i nedostaci ove popularne metode. Nadalje je opisano kako iskoristiti AHP metodu za alokaciju resursa. U praktičnom dijelu radu identificiran je i riješen problem optimalne (najpogodnije) alokacije resursa u poduzeću X. Less
