Abstract
Moj rad govori o organizaciji i njenom oblikovanju. Dizajniranje je u mome radu poistovijećeno s riječima oblikovanje i projektiranje, tako da se u mome radu spominju oba pojma, a značenje je približno isto. Organizacijski dizajn je promišljen proces konfiguriranja struktura, procesa, naknadnih sistema i konfiguriranja ljudske prakse i politike za kreiranje učinkovite organizacije sposobne za postizanje poslovne strategije.
