Abstract
Predmet rada je skretanje pozornosti korisnicima informacijskih sustava na metode kojima se u novije vrijeme koriste počinitelji kako bi stekli neki od oblika protupravne koristi. U radu se nalaze neki od primjera iz prakse kao i kraći opis zakonske regulative koja se bavi područjem zaštite računalnih sustava u RH. Obzirom da su razne obmane i prijevare u novije vrijeme sve više zastupljene vezano uz informacijske sustave čija je primjena u porastu, a samim time bilježe se i trendovi porasta cyber kriminala svugdje u svijetu, u radu je stavljen naglasak na socijalni inženjering kao na jedan od oblika novih metoda u iskorištavanju ranjivosti korisnika.
