Abstract
Cilj ovog rada je prikazati važnost, utjecaj i doprinos primjene IT-a kod stvaranja poslovne vrijednosti poduzeća. Rad prikazuje razine zrelosti primjene IT-a u poslovanju s konteksta tehnološkog, servisnog i strateškog partnera, te metode kojima organizacije mogu uskladiti svoje poslovanje s IT-om.
