Abstract
Feature-driven development agilna je metoda za razvoj softvera navođen funkcionalnostima. Riječ je o metodi staroj svega dvadesetak godina, a temelji se na dvotjednim iteracijama koje omogućavaju kontrolu napretka. Kontinuirano dostavlja mjerljive rezultate te je naglasak na produktivnosti, ne u praćenju dokumentacije. Za provođenje metode potrebna je podjela na uloge, a sačinjava je pet koraka od kojih posljednja dva predstavljaju jednu iteraciju. Cilj rada je donijeti odluku o odabiru ove metode za razvoj softvera, a primjer provođenja metode prikazan je u praktičnom dijelu rada, kroz razvoj aplikacije za vođenje evidencije zaposlenih studenata.
