Abstract
Cilj ovog rada je opisati pojam i specifične probleme interoperabilnosti IoT-a te metode, principe i tehnologije za njeno povećanje. U radu su navedene platforme oblačnog računarstva ,usporedba mogućnosti takvih platformi i način na koji Amazon Web Service platforma omogućuje interoperabilnost između različitih tehnologija u teoriji i u praksi. Obrađeni su glavni elementi Global sensor networks projekta, njihova međusobna suradnja i performanse same platforme. Opisana je OpenIoT platforma i način na koji njezina X-GSN komponenta proširuje Global sensor networks projekt dodavanjem ontologije mreža semantičkih senzora. U završnom dijelu rada na praktičnim primjerima ,pomoću kreiranih virtualnih senzora, prikazane su mogućnosti platforme i na koji način Global sensor networks projekt omogućuje interoperabilnost senzora.
