Abstract
Cilj rada je prikazati i objasniti metode statističke kontrole kvalitete. Navedene metode počinju dobivati sve veću važnost u unapređenju kvalitete, dok u prošlosti nisu imale značajnu ulogu u poslovanju poduzeća te ih većina menadžera nije razumjela. S protekom vremena menadžeri su počeli shvaćati i prepoznavati njihov potencijal te su tako danas postale nezamjenjiv alat odlučivanja i upravljanja. U radu je poseban naglasak stavljen na kontrolne karte te Ishikawa dijagram.
