Abstract
Završni rad donosi kratak pregled najčešćih metoda istraživanja korisnika, bavi se detaljno metodom intervjua u svrhu istraživanja korisnika. Bavi se teorijskim konceptima izrade persone i mape empatije te obuhvaća smjernice izrade istih. Praktični dio obuhvaća provođenje intervjua s krajnjim korisnicima nove informatičke usluge, kreiranje pripadajućih persona te nastanak mape empatije temeljenu na nastalim personama.
