Abstract
Tema ovog rada je implementacija ERP sustava u odabrano poduzeće, a u radu je opisana implementacija ERP sustava u poduzeće HEP ODS d.o.o. Rad se bavi opisom ERP sustava, njegovim razvitkom i opisom implementacije istog. Također obzirom je odabrano poduzeće HEP ODS d.o.o. isto je detaljno opisano te je potom prikazana sama implementacija ERP sustava u poduzeće i usporedba aplikacija koje su koristili djelatnici HEP ODS-a prije uvođenja SAP-a u odnosu na SAP. Cilj rada je ustanoviti uspješnost implementacije ERP sustava u odabranom poduzeću, te ustvrditi prednosti u odnosu na aplikacije koje su zamijenjene uvođenjem ERP sustava.
