Abstract
Poduzetništvo mladih kao kreativna riznica na tržištu ima veliku ulogu u njegovom razvoju i održivosti. Cilj ovog rada je identificirati motive i prepreke s kojima se susreću mlade osobe koje se nakon svog formalnog, ali i neformalnog obrazovanja odluče ostati u Hrvatskoj i pokrenuti vlastiti poduzetnički pothvat. U pregledu literature bit će izneseni ključni teorijski koncepti vezani uz poduzetništvo mladih te navedeni rezultati dosadašnjih istraživanja u tom području. Rad će sadržavati sustavan pregled mjera koje Europska unija, Republika Hrvatska i druge relevantne institucije provode u svrhu poticanja poduzetničkih aktivnosti mladih osoba, samozapošljavanja i obrazovanja za mlade poduzetnike te način na koji se promovira poduzetništvo mladih unutar Europske unije i Republike Hrvatske. U istraživanju će se koristiti dostupni sekundarni podaci kao i primarni kvalitativni podaci koji će biti prikupljeni intervjuiranjem mladih poduzetnika na području Republike Hrvatske.
