Abstract
U teorijskom dijelu završnog rada opisani su ured i uredsko poslovanje te je objašnjena primjena društvenih mreža u uredskom poslovanju na primjeru TikTok-a. Definiran je pojam informacijske tehnologije i informacijskog sustava te je razrađen marketinški informacijski sustav kao glavna komponenta sustava vezana uz marketing i društvene mreže. Objašnjene su društvene mreže, a kao najpoznatije društvene mreže istaknute su i razrađene Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube i TikTok. Nadalje, opisana je primjena društvenih mreža u uredu budućnosti, navedene su prednosti i nedostaci primjene društvenih mreža u uredskom poslovanju te su objašnjeni trendovi i načini oglašavanja putem društvenih mreža. U radu je elaborirana primjena društvenih mreža u uredu na primjeru Adidas-a, Nike-a, DM-a i CocaCole. Praktični dio rada sadrži detaljnu analizu korištenja društvenih mreža te njihovu svrhu za poslovanje i za osobni razvoj zaposlenika u uredu. Analiza se temelji na rezultatima ankete provedene za određene poslovne subjekte.
