Abstract
Cilj ovog diplomskog rada je proučavanje i uspoređivanje dviju metoda višekriterijskog odlučivanja: VIKOR i TOPSIS. Donošenje višekriterijskih odluka danas se često koristi u mnogim područjima kada donositelji odluka moraju procijeniti i rangirati alternativna rješenja na temelju više kriterija. U teorijskom dijelu rada detaljno su opisane obje metode i njihove prednosti i nedostaci. Dobro poznavanje metoda je bitno jer nam pomaže kod odabira najprikladnije metode u određenoj situaciji. Također, opisana je matematička pozadina svake metode. U praktičnom dijelu obje metode su primijenjene na istom problemu odabira poslovnog prostora za informatičko poduzeće. Nakon toga napravljena je usporedba dviju metoda s posebnim naglaskom na njihovim razlikama.
