Abstract
U ovom radu je opsano cjelo upravljanje ljudskim resursima na projektu. U radu je objašnjen cijeli proces od pribavljanja ljudskih resursa, upoznavanja sa projektom i obrazovanja, te na kraju praćanje radne uspješnosti. Osim glavne teme još su dodatno spomenuti i virtualni timovi te njihovo funkcioniranje i njihova uloga na projektu. Na kraju je na konkretnim primjerima pojašnjena i programska podrška za ovu temu.
