Abstract	Glavna riječ ovog rada stavljena je na organizacijsku strukturu, te na pojam organizacija. Protumačene su temeljne vrste organizacijskih struktura, njezina funkcija, elementi i čimbenici koji utječu na njezino formiranje. Kroz primjere iz poslovne prakse donešen je zaključak utjecaja promjene organizacijskih struktura na poslovanje, te je svaki primjer realiziran na način da je promotrena sadašnja i prethodna verzija organizacijske strukture poduzeća.
