Abstract
U ovom radu bit će opisane kvalitativne i kvantitativne metode prognoziranja. Ukratko će biti opisane kvantitativne metode, dok će glavni fokus biti na kvalitativnim metodama, njihovim vrstama, procesu provođenja te prednostima i nedostacima. Nakon opisa metoda, bit će prikazan proces provođenja prognoziranja u praksi. Točnije, bit će opisan proces prognoziranja u pojedinim poduzećima te kako bi poduzeće provodilo prognoziranje za određeni proizvod, situaciju ili uslugu.
