Abstract
U ovom radu su prikazane osnove ukupno osam alata za modeliranje; od komercijalnih alata: 3ds Max, Maya, LightWave, ZBrush te open sorce alata: 3D Canvas, POV-Ray, Blender, SketchUp. Spomenute su prednosti i nedostaci svakog od alata. Nakon toga je objašnjena poligonalna, NURBS te subdivizijska tehnika modeliranja te karakteristike i preporuke kod modeliranja i animiranja humanoidnog 3D lika. Na kraju su navedeni i prikazani koraci kod izrade modela ljudske glave u Blenderu.
