Abstract
Rad obrađuje pojam radne uspješnosti i mjere za poticanje iste. Svi pozitivni načini poticanja radne uspješnosti mogu se smatrati prilikama, a sve negativno što na istu utječe su prijetnje. Kako bi se stekao određen dojam o praksi poticanja radne uspješnosti u RH, provedeno je istraživanje putem ankete i intervjua. Rezultati su ukazali na veliku razliku u hrvatskoj praksi.
