Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu opisano je poslovno odlučivanje, njegove teorije i metode. Velika je pozornost posvećena višekriterijskom odlučivanju i metodama koje se koriste prilikom rješavanja problema višekriterijskog odlučivanja. U glavnom dijelu rada na primjeru su objašnjene metode za analizu odluka kada nisu poznate preferencije donositelja odluke, a to su metoda dominacije, maksimin i maksimaks metoda. One se najčešće koriste kada je problem odlučivanja precizno određen.
