Abstract

U radu je opisan utjecaj ljudskih potencijala na operacionalizaciju odnosno implementaciju strategije, kroz različite faze procesa upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima. U radu su također navedeni određeni čimbenici koji uvelike utječu na uspješnu implementaciju strategije, kao i uloge menadžmenta u tom procesu.
