Abstract
Portfelj IT usluga opisuje pružanje usluga i njihove rezultate u obliku poslovnih vrijednosti. Može podijeliti u tri faze: katalog usluga, kanal usluga i ukinute (umirovljene) usluge. Omogućava optimizaciju uspješnosti pružanja usluga, te smanjenje troškova resursa koji se koriste za uslugu.
