Abstract
MAUT metoda je shema za računanje korisnosti pri donošenju (poslovnih) odluka, u kojoj se kombinira matematički pristup s ljudskim faktorom preferencije. U radu je MAUT metoda primijenjena na primjer donošenja odluke između 3 dobavljača za tvrtku Jelena trade d.o.o.
