Abstract	U radu su obrađene faze životnog ciklusa IT usluga prema ITIL standardu kroz opis faza, njihovih podfaza, aktivnosti te uloga i odgovornosti koje se u pojedinoj fazi pojavljuju. Obrađuje se i Europski okvir e-kompetencija te se e-kompetencije uspoređuju sa odgovornostima u pojedinim procesima prema RACI matrici baziranoj na ITIL-u. U konačnici, obrađene su dvije e-kompetencije na praktičnom primjeru na način da se one uspoređuju sa e-CF i ITIL standardima.
