Abstract	Ističe se važnost vrednovanja radnog učinka i korištenje najučestalijih metoda za vrednovanje. Obrazloženi su uobičajeni problemi povezani s vrednovanjem radnog učinka u suvremenoj poslovnoj praksi. Također je ukazana povezanost vrednovanja radnog učinka i motivacije zaposlenika te je ta povezanost analizirana na primjerima stvarnih organizacija iz poslovne prakse.
