Abstract
U diplomskom radu će se prikazati osnovna svojstva tržišta prehrambenih proizvoda, mogućnosti distribucije ekoloških prehrambenih proizvoda, analiza distribucije ekoloških prehrambenih proizvoda, mogućnost izvoza ekološki proizvedenih proizvoda te mogućnost distribucije ekološki proizvedenih poljoprivrednih proizvoda na turističko tržište RH. U Hrvatskoj je tržište ekoloških prehrambenih proizvoda još u počecima razvoja, pa će se u radu pokušati istražiti mogućnosti distribucije tih proizvoda unutar i izvan tržišta RH. Cilj ovog diplomskog rada je detaljnije razmatranje i analiziranje postojećih kanala distribucije ekoloških prehrambenih proizvoda u svijetu, uz fokus na razlikovanje direktnih, indirektnih i nastajućih kanala, te specifičnosti kanala distribucije na zasićenim, rastućim i tržištima u nastajanju.U cilju općeg proučavanja predmeta istraživanja koristit će se metode sinteze i analize bitnih značajki distribucije i tržišta.Metodom komparacije, te deduktivnom metodom provjerit će se bitne pretpostavke i mogućnosti kanala distribucije ekoloških prehrambenih proizvoda, te mogućnosti daljnjeg razvoja tržišta istih.
