Abstract
Diplomski rad temeljen je na proučavanju procesa upravljanja promjenama kroz faze provedbe procesa,uloge koje pojedinci zauzimaju u procesu te stilove i modele promjena. Također, opisane su vrste i tipovi promjena, uzroci i razlozi uvođenja promjena u poslovanje kao i načela, pristupi i čimbenici koji utječu na uspješnost promjene. Nadalje, opisano je upravljanje promjenama u IT-u preko standarda ITIL. Na kraju je opisan primjer upravljanja promjenama na promjeru iz prakse. Primjer promjene koji je opisan je Zakon o fiskalizaciji u prometu gotovinom, tzv. fiskalizacija.
