Abstract
U radu se opisuju specifične potrebe osoba s invaliditetom s obzirom na oblike invaliditeta, preduvjeti za njihovo uključivanje u visoko obrazovanje te asistivne tehnologije koje to potpomažu. Navode se i problemi i prepreke na koje nailaze osobe s invaliditetom pri korištenju weba. Nadalje, u radu se daje pregled definicija, značaja i regulative web pristupačnosti, WCAG smjernica za web pristupačnost, karakteristika pristupačnih web mjesta, alata za provjeru web pristupačnosti te procesa procjene web pristupačnosti. U praktičnom dijelu rada prikazana je procjena pristupačnosti web mjesta institucija bitnih za uključivanje osoba s invaliditetom u proces visokog obrazovanja.
