Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu izložili smo koncept reinženjeringa poslovnih procesa, opisali što to znači upravljati poslovnim procesima, te neke suvremene koncepte oblikovanja organizacije od kojih je nešto više opisano cjelovito upravljanje kvalitetom. U radu su uspoređena baš ta dva koncepta, BPR i TQM, te su date njihove prednosti i nedostaci, a kasnije su i pokazana neka istraživanja koja ih dopunjuju.
