Abstract
Nagli razvoj tehnologije i sve veća očekivanja klijenata dovode do potrebe za stalnim nadzorom IT usluge. Kroz cijeli njen životni vijek nužno je mjeriti kvalitetu, analizirati i provoditi potrebna poboljšanja. Za uspješno funkcioniranje procesa važno je i korištenje odgovarajućih alata i metoda u upravljanju procesom poboljšanja. Cilj ovog rada je što bolje istražiti područje procesa kontinuiranog poboljšanja u poslovanju poduzeća i zaključiti na koje sve načine poduzeća nastoje unaprijediti svoje poslovanje istodobno uzimajući u obzir vlastite ciljeve, ali i ciljeve i potrebe klijenata.
