Abstract
Svrha rada je istražiti što kvaliteta i usvajanje ISO 9001 standarda predstavlja te kako se pristupa kvaliteti u ICT poduzeću. Analizira se upravljanje kvalitetom u poduzeću Evolva d.o.o. Na samom početku dani su teoretski pojmovi ICT-a i kvalitete. U nastavku je argumentirano zašto je kvaliteta potrebna u ICT-u te je dana svrha i struktura norme HRN ISO 9001:2009. Četvrti je dio rezerviran za opis samog poduzeća, te konkretno pristupanje upravljanju kvalitetom u spomenutom poduzeću. Na posljetku su dani sumirani zaključci do kojih se došlo analizom.
