Abstract
Upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima treća je funkcija menadžmenta. Usmjerena je na jedini živi resurs poduzeća, zaposlenike. Za bolju motivaciju i učinkovitost radne uspješnosti, menadžment ljudskih potencijala mora nagrađivati svoje zaposlenike i pripremiti razne strategije nagrađivanja zaposlenika.
